Yamada Real Estate Agents Co., Ltd. was established in 1958 in Sakuragaoka-cho, Shibuya-ku.

Currently, Shibuya is undergoing redevelopment, which is said to be once every 100 years. And "Shibuya Station Sakuragaokaguchi District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project" is underway on the vast 2.6 hectare site in the southwestern part of Shibuya Station.
